Women in STEM Leadership

Meet Our Team

Ogechi Ugwulebo, MS, CISM
Founder/Executive Director

Ogechi Ugwulebo is a Wife, Mother, Certified Information Security Manager and Founder of Women in STEM Leadership (WISL).

Ogechi earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Dallas.

Ogechi recognized that one of the things that seems to be very challenging for aspiring women leaders in STEM is being able to access senior talent or women in senior leadership roles in STEM. Having relationships and having networks to find those senior leaders or women in highly specialized roles in STEM to serve as role models and mentors to aspiring women leaders, is the gap that WISL aspires to close.
