Jennifer Forman is an experienced IT HealthCare leader with a focus on Project Management to support strategic initiatives that support patient care. She is passionate about the use of technology to improve overall health. In her 20+ years as an IT professional, predominately at Renown Health, Northern Nevada’s largest integrated health network, Jennifer has focused on systems implementations, software development, electronic medical record integrations, technology solutions, project management and governance as the Director of the IT Project Management Office (PMO).

In addition, Jennifer is committed to creating and developing high performing teams. She has a proven track record of defining, building and cultivating those under her leadership to fulfill their highest potential using her strong emotional intelligence and transformational healthcare skills.

Jennifer believes in the power of education and continuous learning and growth. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).   She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.  Jennifer is active in the USC Trojan Marching Band Alumni Association.

Jennifer currently resides in Northern Nevada.  She enjoys camping, traveling, golfing, watching baseball with her family and is an avid Peloton rider.
