Women in STEM Leadership (WISL) is proud to partner with Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School in Fair Park, Dallas, to inspire and empower the next generation of female leaders in STEM. 🌟

As part of our mission to advance women into leadership roles within Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, some of our esteemed WISL members will participate in a panel during the 7th-grade summer camp at the Irma Rangel YWLS campus. They will share their personal journeys, shedding light on the challenges they’ve faced and the successes they’ve achieved in the dynamic world of STEM.

At WISL, we are committed to empowering women from the classroom to the boardroom through programs in leadership development, coaching, networking, and mentoring. We believe that by sharing our experiences, we can inspire these young women to pursue and excel in STEM fields.
