Women in STEM Leadership (WISL) is excited to announce our Python Programming Summer Camp for 5th Graders!
📍 Location: University of Dallas – College of Business
Cardinal Farrell Hall, Classroom #205
📅 Dates: June 8 – June 12, 2026
⏰ Time: 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Our WISL Programming Boot Camp for Middle School Children introduces students to the exciting world of coding through Python — one of the most in-demand programming languages today.
During this immersive, hands-on week, students will:
✅ Learn foundational coding concepts
✅ Build beginner-friendly Python projects
✅ Strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills
✅ Build confidence in technology
✅ Engage with STEM mentors
At WISL, we believe exposure creates opportunity. By introducing students — especially girls and underrepresented communities — to technology early, we are helping build the next generation of engineers, AI innovators, and tech leaders.
